“The most beautiful Garden in Africa”…..
A fitting description for the magnificent Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens!
Set against the backdrop of Table Mountain‘s Eastern Slopes and featuring a collection of bronze dinosaurs that appear everywhere in the park, my day spent here was truly wonderful.
Lovely little pathways, benches along the way to enjoy the stunning vistas – and so many beautiful flowers – while surprisingly uncrowded.
Kirstensbosch covers 36 ha and borders the Table Mountain National Park.
In 2004, it became the first botanical garden to be named a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Join me on a walk in this beautiful paradise – a gorgeous visual feast….
